Terms of Use

All designs are digitized and owned by Joy Annette's Designs. These designs are digital downloads that you must have an embroidery machine to use them with. You must have knowledge of how to download and transfer the designs to your embroidery machine. These are NOT physical products. 

What can you do with Joy Annette's Designs:

You can make finished items for personal items and gifts. 

You can make finished items from the design files to sell online or in person at shows etc. 

You can create an account where you can download your files as many times as needed (Please  refer to the "what you can not do section".

What you can NOT do with Joy Annette's Designs:

You can NOT share your purchased designs or give the actual design as a gift. You must purchase a gift card so that the recipient can purchase there own designs. 

You can not send your purchased design to another person that does embroidery for them to do the embroidery for you. That person must set up an account and purchase the designs themselves.

You can not share your account with anyone, they must make a separate account and purchase the designs. This includes free files! 

You may NOT alter or copy the design in anyway or form including svg cut files and sell them as your own. Joy Annette Designs owns these digitized designs. That is illegal, you can and will be prosecuted.  

You may NOT use any photos from this site to use to sell your finished products. You must make your own finished items with photos to use to sell. 

You may NOT make videos with Joy Annette Design files or construction of products with out prior approval. Use the Contact us below to send a message for approval.
